TEAM LEADER-WOMEN/CHILDREN SVC with L&D Experience Required

Conduct clinical oversight for assigned patients, rounding to ensure satisfaction and intervene on issues as needed. Collect, summarize, and report data for IDOPH regulatory compliance while leading quality improvement initiatives and RCA reviews. Develop staff schedules, edit timecards, and manage orientation for new hires. Perform chart reviews for morbidity and mortality meetings and design corrective action plans based on satisfaction scores. Requires 5 years of L&D nursing experience, 2 years as a Charge Nurse, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
