TEAM LEADER-WOMEN/CHILDREN SVC RN with L&D experience

Conduct clinical oversight for assigned patient populations, rounding on patients to ensure satisfaction and intervene when necessary. Develop staff schedules, edit timecards, and manage Kronos systems while assuming director duties during absences. Lead quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, RCA reviews, and morbidity and mortality case presentations. Collect and report pertinent data for regulatory compliance with IDOPH. Orient new staff and define measures to enhance skill levels and performance. Requires five years of L&D nursing experience, two years as a Charge Nurse, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
