Team Leader - Warehouse

Job Summary
Lead warehouse floor operations and oversee daily activities of warehouse associates to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, mentoring and coaching staff, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Assume Assistant Warehouse Branch Manager responsibilities in their absence, expediting workflow, enforcing policies, and driving productivity improvements. Requires a high school diploma and at least three years of distribution-warehouse experience, strong communication and leadership abilities, customer-service orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. ScheduleTypically Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:30pm. This role emphasizes team leadership, process discipline, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality service in a veterinary product distribution environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least three years of experience in a distribution warehouse
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policy
- Customer service driven and focused
- Strong analytical skills

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
