Team Leader, Visual

Lead designated merchandising team on the sales floor, coaching associates on product knowledge, visual and operational standards, and providing feedback to drive excellence. Plan, perform, and supervise merchandising work including floorset execution, ongoing maintenance, signage, and collateral, while managing replenishment routines and back-of-house standards. Analyze KPIs, support expense reduction initiatives, and ensure the salesfloor is well-stocked and aligned with the brand. Spend significant time interacting with customers while modeling excellent service; provide timely performance feedback, develop associates, and collaborate with the Assistant Store Leader to train on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and policies. Focus on promoting sales as they pertain to the role and act as Leader on Duty (LOD) with regular communication to review business results and customer feedback.
