Team Leader

Lead and guide the operations team to deliver high-quality results by managing daily operations, performance, and process adherence. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the team to drive efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include ensuring effective service delivery with SLA adherence and compliance; collaborating with internal, offshore, and onshore stakeholders to maintain smooth, scalable process flows; planning and overseeing team activities including quality checks, estimations, documentation, and record accuracy; driving process improvements, addressing gaps, handling escalations, and supporting audits and compliance requirements; mentoring and developing team members through training, performance management, and career development initiatives. Location: Pune, Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad with a Hybrid work model in India.
