Team Leader - Vehicle Loans

Drive and achieve region-wide targets for the Retail Assets business, focusing exclusively on unsecured and vehicle loans. Monitor overall performance of Feet on Street (FOS) structures, manage non-performing executives, and ensure optimal allocation of budgeted resources. Coordinate with the bank, Head of Business, and Team Leaders to support local-level FOS employees and activate sales channels to maximize reach. Establish lead management standards, oversee staff training, and build connections with dealers and aggregators to enhance lead flow. Execute a strategic plan to expand the customer base while maintaining productivity targets and compliance with set standards.
