Job Summary
Team Leader responsible for operations of the assembly area, leads daily assembly activities and assigns tasks to assembly cell technicians, works closely with Lean Process Managers, Managers, and Engineers, ensures technicians have what is needed to minimize interruptions, and maintains and supports schedules including hand-offs, ordering of parts, and scheduling between fab and assembly.
