Job Summary
Team Lead for Relationship Managers in Commercial Banking responsible for driving Sales and Marketing initiatives, leading deal origination efforts, and overseeing credit evaluation and financial analysis to support sound business decisions. Ensures accurate preparation and review of legal documentation, effectively manages stakeholders through influencing skills, and upholds strict compliance standards while maintaining a strong research orientation to support market insights and business growth. Supervises, coaches, and mentors RMs within the team to drive performance and professional development; oversees the team’s portfolio quality and performance. Onsite at Tuguegarao City and Taguig offices, with Monday–Friday schedule.
