Job Summary
Team Leader leads by example in a high-volume Chick-fil-A restaurant, supporting senior leadership to ensure daily operations run smoothly and coaching team members. Responsibilities include participating in day-to-day activities, opening/closing/shifts, counting drawers, set the tone for a shift, training new hires, maintaining guest focus, and ensuring excellent customer service through strong communication and team development. Must be a friendly, reliable team player with strong people skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior lead experience is not required but preferred.
