Job Summary
Team Leader position at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions to oversee operations in the Greater Toronto Area. Responsible for client relationships and business development, daily site communications with stakeholders, guiding and training inspectors, validating adherence to processes through audits, documenting non-conformances, managing material movements using inventory tools, and maintaining a safe 5S/6S working environment. Requires leadership experience, English proficiency, ability to travel as needed, and capability to perform physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of quality management practices, data reporting, and use of Microsoft Office tools is expected; willingness to support various sites and report to Site Manager/Site Leader as part of a multinational, service-oriented quality-solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook
- Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed
- Walk and/or stand for long periods of time
- Lift / move 50 pounds
- Work in an environment that may include exposure to extreme heat or cold, loud noises, moving mechanical parts or machinery, fumes and odors
