Job Summary
Lead a field sales team of 5+ to drive EDC device sales in the oil & gas sector (petrol pumps, distributors, etc.); manage distribution and merchant onboarding to drive transaction volumes; build and maintain channel partner relationships; ensure target achievement through team coordination and ground execution; monitor daily productivity, quality of acquisitions, and incentive earnings; train, guide, and motivate the team to scale; analyze market trends and competitor activities; regular reporting and MIS handling using Excel and sales tools.
