Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to drive EDC device sales under the Railway Transit vertical; build and maintain channel partner relationships; ensure target achievement through ground execution; monitor productivity, acquisitions quality, and incentive earnings; train and motivate the team; analyze market trends and competitors; perform regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools; requires experience in merchant onboarding, incentives, and POS/EDC device sales; location in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet
- Graduate (mandatory); Post-Graduation preferred
