Job Summary
Team Leader on the second shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday with overtime potential) leading an operations team to meet shift production goals while promoting safety, ensuring quality, coordinating machine maintenance, and supporting timely delivery. Requires TMOS training (or commitment to enroll and complete) and strong leadership/communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and SAP; manufacturing operations experience is needed. Preferred to have an Associate's degree. Responsibilities include enforcing 5S and safety policies, mentoring team members, managing training needs, and contributing to performance reviews and continuous improvement.
