Team Leader

Lead and manage a team of Learning Support/Care Assistants (LSCAs), oversee inductions, supervisions and annual reviews, support students with education and independent living skills, ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance, maintain records and contribute to audits, and work across shifts including some weekend work. Requires experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties/disabilities, line management experience, strong IT/administrative skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Desirable: Level 2/3 qualification in Learning Support or Health & Social Care (or equivalent), experience in further education or specialist provision, knowledge of EHCPs. The role is based at The Orpheus Centre, Godstone, Surrey, UK, and involves term-time only hours (35 per week, 44 weeks per year) on a permanent contract.
