Job Summary
Lead and coach restaurant team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences across dining room, drive-thru, and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include training team members using Guest Expectations materials, modeling a calm and productive environment during peak times, ensuring adherence to JIB policies and food safety standards (including ServSafe where required), maintaining cleanliness and organization across all areas, supervising order taking, cashiering, and food preparation, and driving fast, accurate, and friendly service. The role emphasizes brand ambassador duties, teamwork, recognition of guests’ needs, overseeing floor operations, and taking corrective action to uphold quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
