Job Summary
Team Leader responsible for training and leading restaurant team members to deliver a high-quality guest experience, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality standards, and operational procedures. Key duties include coaching and developing staff, modeling professional behavior and guest-focused service, maintaining cleanliness and organization across front and back of house, supervising order accuracy and service speed, ensuring compliance with JIB policies, and supporting cash handling and POS operations. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, maintaining brand standards, and effective communication to meet guest expectations during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
