Job Summary
Team Leader responsible for coaching a Telematics Sales team, tracking performance metrics, and acting as the primary liaison between staff and upper management. Manages educational guides and documents, facilitates professional development, ensures adherence to business rules, and handles resource planning including sickness and punctuality. Utilizes Dayforce for HR processes, drives KPI achievement, and maintains clear, proactive communication while coordinating reporting and staff development to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Telematics Product suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to coach and engage a team to results
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to prioritise workload and deliver on challenging deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy to pull, maintain and manipulate reports
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated coaching and staff development abilities
- Experience with performance management and KPI tracking
- Dayforce experience for HR processes and case routing
- Must have at least 6 months continuous employment within Acorn Insurance/Granite
- Good time keeping and attendance record
- Professional and Polite demeanor
- Adhere to company rules and escalate issues appropriately
