Job Summary
Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring alignment with site objectives and driving performance consistent with company expectations. Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines for electrical switchgear. Support first-line management duties including coaching, training, and performance assessments while fostering a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production. Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel)
