Lead a SIL team delivering person-centred support in group SIL homes; responsibilities include mentoring a team of mentors, coordinating daily operations, ensuring support plans (behaviour, mealtime, medication, etc.) are followed, promoting participant independence and goal achievement, liaising with families and external services, and upholding WHS standards while driving continuous improvement.
