Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of Marion General Hospital's Central Services linen and supply chain. Lead staffing, address performance issues, design and implement new processes to improve customer service, quality, productivity, and employee quality of life. Ensure adequate staffing, assist management in hiring, communicate operational status to leadership and staff, maintain attendance records and payroll resolutions, and manage linen stock, supplies, and equipment. Participate in emergency preparedness initiatives including Hazardous Materials Events and Decontamination Events. Minimum qualification: High School or GED. 40-hour work week in the Day shift.
