Team Leader Supply Chain

Supervise and motivate the SCEE/SCMA team while planning tasks based on project priorities and validating leave requests in consultation with the project manager. Ensure all deliverables meet quality criteria and are completed within deadlines by tracking client KPIs and producing internal production metrics. Facilitate communication between the project manager and the team, coordinate COPROJ sessions, and report weekly team status in ALTENOVA. Document operational processes, map activities, and propose continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows. Monitor performance indicators, document process updates, and ensure timely resolution of detected anomalies.
