Team Leader/Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team to meet performance targets, provide coaching and feedback, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service, resolve operational issues and guest concerns, promote a positive and inclusive team culture, ensure policy and safety compliance, prepare regular performance reports, and support varied shifts including peak evening/weekend times. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience guiding diverse teams and using relevant software. Right to Work in the UK required; venue-based role at TG - Venue - Chigwell, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods including manoeuvring up and down stairs
- Right to Work in the UK (valid passport or birth certificate with NI documentation)
