Job Summary
Lead the Sheet Metals Department by performing and assisting with production duties while following the work center schedule. Provide evaluative feedback on individual performance, report issues compromising team output, and create training for new and progressing members. Maintain a positive, cooperative environment where team ideas are solicited and listened to. Complete other duties as assigned. Schedule includes 1st shift Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm. Spectrum Industries, Inc. manufactures high-quality furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
