Job Summary
Team Leader role at Morphe for Selfridges London: lead customer-facing operations on the sales floor, deliver Morphe’s multi-brand shopping experience, and uphold brand standards. Drive sales to meet/exceed targets, provide exceptional service, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. Responsible for banking, store security, and daily operational tasks including merchandising, inventory, POS usage, and training. Develop team artistry skills, support promotions and launches, maintain cleanliness and appearance, and ensure a welcoming environment. Requires retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, flexibility for peak hours, and cosmetics artistry experience is a plus; management experience is advantageous.
