Team Leader SEA - H/F

Team Leader SEA responsible for autonomous management of a client portfolio (Performance and/or Branding) and for leading a SEA team of 4-5 consultants. The role includes proposing media strategies and online campaigns, live deployment and optimization of SEA campaigns, campaign performance analysis with ongoing optimization, client relationship management on operational aspects, knowledge monitoring, and sharing expertise. You will supervise a team, organize workload, evaluate and support wellbeing, develop skills and career progression for talent, and ensure campaign performance and client satisfaction. You will engage with media partners (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with experience in multi-level campaigns, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and familiarity with Excel/PowerPoint or Sheets/Gslides, and analytics tools. English proficiency and willingness to lead calls with international clients are required. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (Office and Telework) in France and involves participating in a cosmopolitan, growth-focused agency environment with internal mobility and ongoing skill development.
