Team Leader- Screenprint Day Shift

Supervise daily production operations, train team members on tasks and safety, and manage workflow using work orders and reports. Conduct daily and weekly check-ins to address performance or attendance concerns, while motivating employees to meet quality, output, and on-time goals. Approve payroll and lead quarterly and annual performance reviews. Coordinate with other departments to achieve goals and promptly address safety issues in compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain acceptable quality standards and error rates while fostering a respectful, team-first environment through clear communication.
