Job Summary
Lead a team of school-based therapists as a Team Leader in School-Based Services. Supervises 8-10 administrative staff, oversees caseload management, referrals, productivity monitoring, and provides guidance and training. Collaborates with school administrators and district leadership to foster a supportive school environment; conducts onboarding and training for new staff; ensures timely and accurate reporting; develops coverage strategies for vacancies; and performs staff evaluations. Requires a master’s degree in one of the listed behavioral health fields (clinical psychology, MH counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related) and license eligibility; must have a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; license-eligible in respective discipline preferred; supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license
