Team Leader-Sadler's

Team Leader oversees production processes and leads a team to meet production and quality goals. Ensures resources (materials, equipment, staffing) are available to maintain schedules and supports continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost, and customer service. Builds an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results. Role requires standing in production area ~80% of shift; training includes six weeks hands-on and virtual orientation, plus a six-month operational program. Location: Henderson, TX. Base pay $70,000-$82,500/year with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for merit increases. Requires 1+ year leadership experience or an associate’s degree, 18+ years old, US work authorization, and no visa sponsorship. Extended hours and potential exposure to cold environments are noted.
