Job Summary
Authentically connect with customers to deliver the Saje Experience through product demos, deep education, and tailored recommendations that build baskets and expand health habits. Drive commercial goals by generating revenue, achieving key KPIs including AVS, IPT, and loyalty program growth, while ensuring team members possess the product knowledge for intentional sales. Lead a team by coaching, collaborating, and embodying core values to foster inclusion, while proactively growing the business through community outreach and innovative merchandising. Complete assigned operations tasks including visual merchandising and development, maintaining high presentation standards. This role requires a flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability during the November 15-January 15 blackout period.
Required Qualifications
- You're comfortable working in a scented environment.
- You have a natural ability to build genuine relationships through strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening.
- You have a strong aptitude for product sales, consumer engagement, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- You confidently make bold, strategic recommendations that drive product sales and consistently increase basket size.
- You excel at identifying opportunities to upsell (try-3 products), creating compelling product recommendations across product categories that maximize Community Member satisfaction and boost overall sales performance.
- You bring a competitive drive balanced with a positive, team oriented attitude.
- You lead by example and have a natural talent for coaching, motivating and developing others.
- You have a proven track record of driving results, achieving KPIs and inspiring team success.
- You are able to have a flexible work schedule with availability on mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; hours will vary based on business needs.
- You commit to being available each year during the vacation black out period between November 15-January 15.
- You have earned your high school diploma.
- You have a high school education.
