Job Summary
Lead the Returns Department operations to ensure efficient, accurate repackaging and inspection of returned products; supervise and develop 8–17 Returns Associates; ensure proper receiving, labeling, packaging, inventory transfers, and bin placement; utilize S2K/database systems; maintain safety and process adherence; requires high school diploma or GED, basic Excel, and experience in returns/warehouse settings; overtime and weekend work expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Excel experience
- S2K or database experience preferred
- Returns, Reverse Logistics, distribution center and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime & weekends as needed
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods; lift 10-50 lbs; tolerate varying temperatures
