Job Summary
Team Leader for Returns oversees daily operations of the Returns Department, ensuring efficient repackaging and accurate production on each repackaging line; inspects returned shocks/struts for quality and packaging accuracy; manages returns inventory and transfers, assists in training of associates, ensures proper bin placement in Finished Goods, and enforces safety standards. Reports to the Returns Group Leader/Supervisor and supervises 8–17 Returns Associates; position requires overtime and weekend work and strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Excel experience
- S2K or database experience preferred
- Returns/Reverse Logistics/warehouse experience preferred

- Returns, Reverse Logistics, distribution center and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work overtime & weekends
