Team Leader - Retail Liabilties - Guwahati

Drive and achieve region-wide targets for the retail liabilities business by providing essential infrastructure for Feet on Street (FOS) employees and monitoring their overall performance. Liaise with the Head of Liabilities, Bank officials, and team leaders to coordinate FOS activities, ensure optimal budget allocation, and maintain productivity targets. Develop and oversee FOS staff training, activate sales channels to maximize reach, and establish lead management standards to optimize conversion. Manage performance metrics, ensure compliance, and address non-performing executives with HR to achieve monthly revenue targets while adhering to cost budgets. Execute a strategic plan to expand the customer base on the Retail Liabilties business.
