Team Leader – Rental Delivery – Vail

Open and close the shop daily, leading pre and post shift team meetings to ensure technicians understand expectations. Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups for current and upcoming shifts while responding to customer communications in a timely manner. Dispatch ski technicians on reactive support calls and ensure brand standards are met daily regarding uniforms, vans, and shop cleanliness. Schedule work assignments for the following shift, provide real-time feedback and coaching, and assist with labor management during slow periods. Handle reservations, issue refunds, and help with delivery and support service operations as needed.
