Team Leader – Rental Delivery – Jackson Hole

Open and close the shop daily, leading pre and post shift team meetings to ensure technicians understand expectations. Plan delivery routes, support calls and pickups, and dispatch ski technicians on reactive support requests while responding to customer communications. Ensure brand standards are met regarding uniforms, vans, and shop cleanliness. Schedule work assignments for the following shift, provide real-time coaching, and assist with labor management, reservations, and refunds. This seasonal Team Leader role in Jackson Hole requires weekend and holiday work across morning and evening shifts.
