Team Leader – Rental Delivery – Aspen Ski Resort

Open and close the shop daily, leading pre and post shift team meetings to ensure technicians understand expectations. Plan delivery routes, support calls and pickups, and dispatch ski technicians on reactive support requests while responding to customer communications in a timely manner. Ensure brand standards are met daily regarding uniforms, vans, equipment, and shop cleanliness. Schedule work assignments for the following shift, provide real-time feedback and coaching, and assist with sizing guests, labor management, and reservations. Manage the flow of day-to-day operations by adapting to the environment and leading by example.
