The Team Leader on the 2nd shift is responsible for providing guidance and support to production associates in the MagStop Value Stream, operating 40% of their time within a team-based manufacturing cell. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality assurance, coaching associates, conducting training sessions, and leading cross-functional coordination with various departments. Essential personal characteristics include common sense, detail-oriented skills, the ability to prioritize, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be considered current ‘expert’ in the area
- Previous experience required.
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Considered a ‘Champion of Lean’
