Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members in the Railway Transit/EDC device sales vertical. Drive distribution, merchant onboarding, and transaction growth through channel partnerships, with a focus on target achievement, productivity, and quality of acquisitions. Train, guide, and motivate the team; analyze market trends and competitor activities; and perform regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
- Graduate (mandatory); Post-Graduation preferred
