Job Summary
Drive distribution and market share growth for QR & Soundbox across assigned locations by identifying and recruiting sales teams, planning market geographies, and deploying products effectively. Coach and mentor the team to align on targets, minimize delivery gaps, and ensure regular sales and usage in the field. Validate acquisitions and sales through audits while monitoring quality parameters and utilizing extensive networking to execute plans. Conduct extensive travel throughout the specified area to maintain visibility and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations
- Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product
- Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
