Job Summary
Drive distribution and market share growth for EDC & Soundbox products across assigned locations by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales teams. Plan market geographies, validate team acquisitions, and conduct audits to ensure quality parameters are met. Devise communication strategies to align targets with delivery and minimize gaps between expectations and results. Travel extensively throughout the specified area to maintain visibility and network capabilities. Monitor sales and usage regularly to drive business growth.

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
