Job Summary
Team Leader to drive EDC device sales under the Railway Transit vertical in Jorhat, Assam. Lead a field sales team of 5+ members, build channel partner relationships, ensure target achievement through ground execution, monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings, train and motivate the team, analyze market trends and competitors, and manage regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools. Requires Graduate, 3+ years in channel sales & distribution, proven field-sales leadership, merchant onboarding/incentives knowledge, POS/EDC sales experience preferred, and familiarity with metrics-based sales tracking. Must have smartphone, bike, and helmet. Location: Jorhat, Assam, India.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Post-Graduation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
