Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales growth across assigned geographies by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a sales team. Plan market size, span, and geographies for field sales executives while validating team acquisitions and monitoring quality parameters. Conduct audits on sales activities, devise communication strategies to align targets with delivery, and ensure regular market presence. Travel extensively throughout the specified area to maximize visibility and accountability.

- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
