Drive QR & Soundbox sales and market share growth across assigned regions by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a sales team. Plan market geographies, communicate targets to minimize delivery gaps, and validate team acquisitions through regular audits. Monitor quality parameters, ensure consistent market presence, and leverage extensive travel to execute deployment strategies. This role requires a graduate with proven leadership experience to align team performance with business goals.
