Job Summary
Team Leader to drive EDC device sales under the Railway Transit vertical, leading a field sales team of 5+ members, building channel partnerships, ensuring target achievement through ground execution, training and motivating the team, and analyzing market trends with regular MIS via Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Graduate (mandatory); Post-Graduation preferred
