Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of five or more members, driving distribution and ensuring consistent growth in merchant onboarding and transaction volumes. Build strong channel partner relationships, monitor daily productivity, and analyze market trends to achieve targets. Train, guide, and motivate the team while handling regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools. Requires a smartphone, bike, and helmet, with a minimum of three years in channel sales and distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Graduate (mandatory)
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Graduation preferred
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
