Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales and market share growth across assigned regions by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a sales team. Plan market geographies, devise communication strategies to align targets with delivery, and conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales while monitoring quality parameters. Validate sales performance, ensure regular market presence, and leverage extensive travel and networking to expand distribution. This role requires a graduate with team leadership experience to align expectations and minimize the gap between targets and actual delivery.
