Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales and market share growth across assigned geographies by planning market span, recruiting the sales team, and coaching staff to minimize target delivery gaps. Conduct audits on team acquisitions and validate that members maintain regular sales and usage in the field. Monitor quality parameters, devise effective communication strategies for plans and targets, and execute extensive travel to manage distribution channels and ensure visibility accountability throughout the region.

- Must Be a Graduate
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
