Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales growth and market share expansion across assigned geographies by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring the sales team. Plan market span and geographies for field sales executives, then validate team acquisitions and monitor quality parameters through regular audits. Minimize the expectations versus delivery gap by devising effective communication strategies for targets and ensure consistent sales and usage activity in the market. Extensive travel is required throughout the specified area to maintain visibility and accountability on product deployment.

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
