Job Summary
As a Shift/Team Leader in Training, you will assist the management team in achieving operational goals, supervise team members, ensure product quality and excellent guest service. Responsibilities include staff training, adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, handling administrative tasks such as audits and deposits, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. The position requires at least 6 months of restaurant experience and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months restaurant experience
- Must pass Shift/Team Leader training and be certified
