Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales growth and market share expansion across assigned geographies by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a sales team. Plan market span and geographies for Field Sales Executives, then validate acquisitions and conduct audits on team sales to ensure quality parameters. Devise communication strategies to align targets with delivery while maintaining extensive visibility through product deployment. Travel extensively throughout the specified area to ensure regular market presence and usage, leveraging strong networking capabilities to minimize the gap between expectations and results.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Experience in Leading Team
- Must Be a Graduate
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
- willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
