Job Summary
Lead QR & Soundbox sales for Paytm across the assigned area, driving deployment and merchant adoption through effective channel management. Recruit and coach the sales team, plan market size and geographies for the field sales engineer (FSE), and ensure timely communication of targets to the team. Monitor quality parameters, conduct audits of acquisitions and sales activities, and ensure the team operates in markets where sales and usage occur regularly. Must be a graduate with a growth mindset, capable of extensive traveling, and possess strong networking and leadership abilities to expand distribution and market share.
